 ion of the Baltimore-Washington Conference will be held Monday – Wednesday
 \, Oct. 25-27\, 2021.  Presiding: Bishop LaTrelle Easterling The session i
 s scheduled to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Baltimore. However\, if coro
 navirus-related precautions are necessary to privilege human life\, portio
 ns of the conference may be held online. Flexibility will be paramount in 
 the planning of this meeting to ensure the safety of all members and visit
 ors.  The theme of this year’s session is “We are Still One: Standing\, Tr
 ansforming\, Rising.”  A PreConference Briefing will be held online Saturd
 ay\, Sept. 25\, from 9 a.m.  to noon.  The deadline for submitting resolut
 ions to be considered at the session is Aug. 2.  Resolutions should be sub
 mitted to the Conference Secretary\, Kevin Silberzahn\, at conferencesecre
 tary@bwcumc.org. Guidelines and the format for submitting the resolutions 
 is available online.
